For the comfort and safety of all, when boarding a City Cruises York vessel you agree to our passenger code of conduct.

If the river in York is too high for us to sail, where possible the dining will still take place stationary on a boat at our Boatyard (Lendal Bridge, York, YO1 7DP), with passengers then joining a sightseeing cruise on one of our smaller fleet where possible, or receiving a voucher for a sightseeing cruise on a later sailing that day or alternative date. We will contact you in advance to inform you of the change in location.

Unfortunately dogs are not able to sail on our dining cruises, but they are welcome on our sightseeing cruises when kept on a lead.

Please also note that whilst hen parties are welcome to join this cruise, there is a strict dress code of no fancy dress, sashes, or any other hen party paraphernalia. Hen parties joining this cruise are expected to abide by the same passenger code of conduct as all other passengers. Any hen parties not abiding by the above terms will be refused entry or asked to leave during the cruise.
